title : UDI CONTINUED
 Back back back from the gym now my arms are bloody tired so im resting them on the keyboard to type. okay so to continue about udi, i hope my thoughts havent changed if not it'll become biased or something ahh -.- ok so ive done yunshan shanshan wanqin xinyu and geyu alright shall continue! leyin: shes the kind of person, i dont know, shes a lot like val. maybe its cos both of them have the psl-ly feeling. according to her she is quite stubborn but will work on it. She's a confident speaker that i think would be able to deal with teachers quite well if she knows what shes talking about. thankfully she's quite a rational thinker too, and thinks on both sides of the argument. Her connections with people outside the CCA is pretty strong, which will be useful in conducting parades and organising stuff. she's clear of objectives and can work well without breaking under pressure. in other words, she's able to filter out the important parts of a situation and assess it without letting stress or emotion get the better of her. this is good in a way that she will be able to respond to what teachers say in a general light while subtly tilting the beam towards our cca. She wants to be an asm, but truthfully, i dont think she can handle the job of a usm should the usm be absent. admin matters maybe. but when it comes to yelling to everyone to get into positions on that, she'll be lucky if people listen. but then again, maybe people will, but only if shes loud enough. she has the aura of rightness yet not overdoing it to bossiness and arrogance, so i guess people will listen to her instructions if she can be heard. not bad a choice for asm, but i think she should seriously use her ability to see others' perspectives on her platoon more to solve their problems. ok, she's really really like val. yuhua: her personality inside out is very different, like the first impression as in what you see her as outside of cca, and in serious contexts such as cca. outside cca shes screamy and bimbo, which might have a negative image of our cca especially if she carries on getting booked alot. she's also not able to get any awards cos of this "heck-care" attitude outside cca which led to her getting booked alot. so yeah basially its quite a bad image of our cca la, but im not one to talk cos its not like i have a clean record either with both prefects and teachers, but yeah just saying. her connections with people are quite good (except my batch) and she is generally quite approachable and reliable to get things done if she puts effort into it. She is very very contactable, like she answers her phone calls which is important for urgent stuff that might pop up anytime. she does a lot for what she's passionate about and is willing to go out of her way to do so. her uniform and drills are the best in her platoon and i feel this is quite important as to set a good example for her juniors. commanding wise i'll figure she would do fine if she's able to command control from others, for the juniors, i think they'd respect her. as i mentioned earlier, her first impression is very different from what she really is, and even though she seems heck, she is conscious about her surroundings and is aware of others' feelings. however i dont think she is as confident as some of her other platoonmates as she knows being the encik is hard to get, some of her platoonmates don't support her, and mostly, that us sec 4s support her platoonmates over her. with more confidence, conscious control of her actions, responsibility and willingness to put in effort, her role in the platoon would be very crucial as to keeping up standards of the company. louise: seems to be the backbone of the platoon, but once you dwell deeper into it, shes not. she does many things for the platoon, but she views this as exemplary, instead of being "what a platoonmate should do". to her, she is the ONLY one suitable to be encik and insists that yunshan be the master. her insisting on being correct behaviour might work two ways when working with teachers, in a good way, its more persuasive to achieve what is needed for the company, in a bad way, it puts her in a bad light as to not be able to be flexible enough to changes. she is quite difficult to contact, which she must change if she wants to be encik as the encik should be contactable most of the time as everyone would turn to her for advice. networking isnt very good either, and im afraid that her working with others for a short period of time might lead others to believe that she is bossy and arrogant, setting our cca in a bad light. she commands control over the platoon/company more easily than others, however this is again affected by the impression that she thinks she is always right by arguing over the most trivial matters. in other words, she is quite narrow-minded and overconfident that everything will go her way. her uniform and bearing, both ncc and outside ncc, are (no offense) shag. after reminding her many times, no effort has been put in to alter her skirt, or even keep her shirt uncreased, which basically shows disrespect for the uniform and a bad impression of the cca. as in, you cant have a parade commander whose uniform is just far away from basic standard. once again, i think her overconfidence leads her to believe that there are many more things more important than her uniform and what she does is correct. gep attitude. sorry i had to say that. but its really what is expected of someone from gep. she has the potential to be a leader, but revolving in her own world isnt going to help her where connection are vital. there, okay this one isnt as well-written or thought through as the previous one, maybe cos im quite tired out. hais. i MUST go for yuhua's interview, if he wants it earlier than i can make it i'll be so tempted to pon my last block -.- its like the decision making interview! and well, i guess i could say im slightly closer to her than her platoonmates in this weird way where shes with her noisy group of friends and im with mine, and well, i know her friends and she knows mine so yeah. the more prominent people of our batches. and she used to like me so hmm, i dont know, i shouldnt be talking about a junior like this. ok stop. wont let stuff affect judgement though. or people are gonna slap my face. aiyah i know myself enough to judge fairly la so its okay. goo luck part cs! hopefully the choice we make will be a good one for them. guess we made it this far guess we're doing alright looks like we made it out alive yeah we made our mistakes but we followed our hearts even though we drift apart for always, forever (: |
