title : Dragonboating
 Could have been alot alot better. the part before we even started was pretty screwed. the consent forms thing, i feel damn guilty that i didnt make the effort to come down and hand up the forms earlier. i mean, platoonmates were okay, but part cs handed up their forms way on time, and they didnt deserve to get dropped out of the program for something that we did wrong. argh i shouldnt have been so careless. not that i can change anything now anyway. the groupings for dragonboating was SO FREAKING UNFAIR. gah. first we decided that since we had one more person, the other group should get Ma'am. i make it sound like i dont like her or something, i dunno, it just feels uncomfortable with her around sometimes. yeah in the end we ended up with froggy eyes, she-who-thinks-shes-so-big and Ma'am while the other group had the person i wanted to be with gahh. but turns out it didnt make much of a difference anyway cos we sat in twos and i was beside gek and behind claud and part b so it was okay. the five of us were the only people who kept laughing O: we did some basic paddling drills like forward row, backward row, hold water, and easy, which was basically the same for kayaking and whitewater rafting la, i think it was closer to whitewater rafting though, cos of the whole being in a team feeling. but i have to say, the front people some of them really like never touch paddle before (ok some really never touch before) but really, the 5 of us and a few more were the only ones who were paddling and not just dipping the blades into the water. the one in front of me, even better, dip, then draaaaag the blade across the surface. but overall we did not bad la once the ball got rolling, except that our synchro-ness and power sucked. but i like it when we could hear the echo of our timings, like very shiok liddat. and the instructor, SEEMED TO BE OUR EX SENIOR or something, the way she commanded and timed, hmm. after the thing, went to put back powerboat and bathe. ling and val went to collect their kayaking certs so a few part cs followed us to put. i was quite surprised that they didnt know how to walk their way back because it was like err around the turn and you can see it ready. so since ling and i were supposed to exchange shirts, i was wandering around aimlessly while waiting for her and val to get back then after wandering around for a while, i decided to go back wash my shoes, then ling and val were there. and she already bathed and was wearing her shirt. excuse was that "i havent changed" doesnt even make sense hais.. anyway after that we bathed then me and ckm went back to see if any of them havent finished bathing yet so we could ask them to bathe at our bathroom. good excuse to walk back heheh. but she wasnt there D: so me and ckm just hanged around and i asked part c whether she could make it for sept specs and she can awesome(: then, my mission was accomplished, if you know what i mean (; after taking a few photos with ma'am and laughing like hell over the negc photo (JANELLA! :D) haha fish standing super straight like statue heh, then we walked over to nicoll highway mrt. the stupid plastic bad was dripping like hell and on the way we met part as...they looked like they were walking back to take stuff hmm. anyway we met a few more of them at the station itself, then yea we trained to plaza sing and easily decided to eat kfc for lunch. the person taking my order was a freaking asshole. i ordered meltz, she said "WHAT!?" "meltz." then she pointed to the menu and asked "this?" and i said yeah. "i wanna change my drink to iced lemon tea." "45 CENTS AH!" "...ya.." then i asked if there was a student meal and she said yes, so i asked if i could change my meal to a student meal. "NO. cannot. i keyed in already." "can change what." "no cannot. i keyed in ready" and glares at me. aiyo dunno how to delete say la. can feel blood pressure going up ready. "fine then that lah." ok fine. then she gave me my iced lemon tea, the fucking thing was 4/5 full wft got one gaping gap there. (somehow gaping and gap doesnt go together. as in the words.) not wanting to argue, i asked how much another iced lemon tea was. "45 cents." "as in additional leh." she looked damn pissed and pointed at the menu. "ok yeah one more." she freaking looked like she was going to murder me. "how much?" "9 DOLLARS." when the cashier thingum showed $9.55. i was damn annoyed i felt like just giving her 9 bucks. "9.55 LA." and i walked off. service these days suck. anyway we had a damn good time laughing and talking for pretty long at kfc (: and out of nowhere part as appeared so yeah, nothing much. after a while then we went up to arcade, played bishybashy (immediate thought JANELLA! hhahaha.) haha i sucked at the game man. and silent hill was crap cos the machine was super laggy and could register our gun reloads and shots. wanted to play house of the dead (we sat there waiting for quite long) but the people playing had a full supply of coins so we didnt get to play in the end. yup, so in the end we just went home hahah and now im sitting in front of the com feeling super super sian and waiting for someone to come online haha. |
